Anyway, yes the problem is with AE's card.  I called AE (at my expense
of course), and was told that the ROM03 wasnt invented when thri
memory card came out, so I have to upgrade to the newer card.  For
several hundred, of course.

My solution was to find a kid with a ROM01 and trade the card for his
Apple RAM card.  You're best bet is to probably put the card up for
sale.
