To clarify my previous post. We're looking to hire a "full-time"
programmer. Our games are written by individual programmers, not by
groups of programmers. Thus the programmer needs to work almost a year
for a single project, thus it is very difficult to hire someone on
a part-time basis, or for a summer only.
