I called Apple Technical Support and asked them about it.  He, quoting
the Apple Enginnering staffed said that it would be a ''great engineering
challenge'' to get the StyleWriter II to work with the IIGS...

I would assume that they meant support for GreyShare and other such features,
which would be difficult.  But if those features were not built into the
firmware, I don't see how a driver like the one for the original Stylewriter
could be written...

On a related (well, not really) note, does anyone that owned or used the
original Stylewriter recommend it?  Apple wants to get rid of its original
stock rather quickly and is offering at quiet low prices.  I already know
speed is a problem.  Are there others?
