Anything can read and work with RTF files. I don't know of an Apple II program
that will interpret the formatting commands, but you can at least work with the
text. I think the next version of Softdisk's WordWorks might support multiple
formats, including RTF.
 
FYI, for those those that don't know RTF = rich text format, it is plain text
with commands embedded like /bold on/.
