It is called Minimizing. :) All I wish is to be able to minimize the
window from full screen mode GS and see the Mac desktop. Alternatively
you can think of it as an "Apple IIGS mode".

I am now using a few virtualization software, like VirtualBox or
VMWare, all of them do the full screen these ways. Basically it is
just a full Windows desktop with hidden Mac menu (and when you move
the cursor up the menu returns). This allows you to open the software
in another Space in Mac, and easily switch between 2 modes (Mac and
Windows) with arrow keys. I just wish to have this function in my
favourite software. Alternatively if I can minimize the Sweet16 in
full screen mode with ease it is also OK.
