Apple -> IBM question

         Hello all,
           I have some data base file on appleworks which I'd like to
         use on an ibm.  Apple works is running on my apple 2e.  If I
         had a kermit or xmodem supporting term program, I could try
         to upload the ascii or dif files and then d/l them onto my
         ibm.
           I am interested in information on any of the following:

         + Apple -> ibm data transfer
         + Appleworks -> prodos readable files transfer
         + Apple 2e term programs needed for this
         + Apple 2e programs to copy //e stuff into a ibm readable
           format
         + Ibm programs to read/copy //e stuff (files).
