...if I get more orders I'll found a bookstore and double its price.
Seriously: I have to check out how many copies the Apple dealer still
has. I'm sure he'll be delighted. Two orders have been placed and books
are selling fast!! :)
 
As Andre said, the price is US$20, but since I will only forward those
books via registered mail, please enclose US$25.00.
