Tim Meekins recently implemented a similar method to that used in
LordHighGiffer.. basically, use mvn to copy a scan line at at time.
The benefit of using mvn is readily apparent on a Zip; the Zip's
graphics thingamabob (well, it speeds up graphics access very good)
makes using mvn practical. Of course, it's usable to 2.8MHz as well.
