Todd and Ron both read the net, I'm sure they can elaborate.
But one of the fastest ways to accomplish this is to map the stack to
aux ram with shadowing on, and use pei direct page to scroll
the image, and update what needs to be updated.
The sliding bar in DuelTris uses a PEI/ Stack scroll for the
bar. It's not full screen, but it is the same concept.
