Shellterm 1.0 on cba2

The other, at the request of people here on CSA2 I posted some source code
to cba2 on how to do single character I/O with the GS/OS generated Drivers.
The name is ShellTerm, and well you might think it was a full featured
terminal program. If you think a program that makes you specify the GS/OS
device on the command line, Power-Quits on Apple-Escape, and does nothing but
send and print what it receives is full featured. Good for you!

It's example source, treat it as such.. I shall pass on ideas, and complaints
that it "sucks so bad" that I shouldnt have posted it. I didn't write it as
a replacement for proterm.. :-)

anyways, I noticed that it has :ram5: stuffed in the beginning of the filename
and I have always had troble binscii-ing stuff with sscii.. If there are enough
people who need it, I can either put it up on ccosun, or post it again
(its pretty small)
