Thanks for posting that Jawaid. Anyone notice the name Joe Abernathy,
formerly of inCider?

I feel that the government's case is, pardon the french, bull-sh*t. I have
every expectation that email I send is private, just as if I dropped a
letter into a mail box. And, as it is, of 100+ articles that I have had
published, every single one of them was submiited via email.

Reading the posted reports, I have a feeling that the case is going to be
thrown out of court. It better be.
