It woudln't be easy. You would have to build an intelligent SmartPort
device (like the UniDisk 3.5), i.e. with a microprocessor, which
responded to several SmartPort addresses (one for each SCSI device, or
potential device). You would need most of the hardware from a SCSI
card (especially the NEC SCSI bus controller).
Basically a small computer with two interfaces. I doubt that you
could supply enough power via the drive connector, so it would also
need its own power supply.
It would probably end up costing more than you would get by selling
your IIc and buying an equivalent IIe system.
