There sure is. I have one as a matter of fact. It's in my Chinook CT-20c hard
disk. I took it apart one time for a look-see. The drive has a Conner SCSI
drive mechanism in it and has this big curcuit board attached to the back of
it. A smartport cable goes into the board and a SCSI cable goes out and
connects to the drive. 
There's no need to dream about having such a drive for your //c, just call up
Sequential Systems and buy one. They took over Chinook's stuff and you can
get a 52 mb drive from them for //c's.
