Question: FTP Sites

Hello, I know this is probably a FAQ question, but I would like to know the FTP
Sites that can be acessed over the Internet.  But even more specifically I
would like to know where the Free Tools Association (FTA) public domain
programs are located.  If anyone knows please e-mail me or post.
