this is a printer interace card (parallel interface).  i think it has
the capability of dumping graphic images to the printer, but i'm not
sure....

depends.  i think the ace 1000 is a ii+ clone, so you might have
problems with some of the newer software expecting a iie or gs.

you _should_ be able to run a super serial card.  recommended slot is
1 or 2 (but your printer is probably 1, so put the card in 2).

it should work with a tv, if you get one of those rf modulators.
