Ace 1000 Plus: Questions...

Hello,

     I had a few more questions after looking under the hood of my 
Franklin Ace 1000 Plus (Ace v2.2).  Like:

     It had a card in it, I don't know what it is.  The only thing it has
wrote on it is 'Dumpling-GX' and 'MICROTEK'.  Any ideas?

     What termial programs work best with it?

     Does it support the Super Serial Card so I can run a modem?  If so
which slot does it go in?

     Does it work just on a monitor or also on a T.V.(with one of those 
little switch controllers)?
