Can't find .lzh and .lha MOD Extractors

[scratchy.caltech.edu!nathan (Nathan Mates)]

   I've just downloaded a bunch of MODS from wuarchive.wustl.edu,
but GSHK can't handle them. They have a suffin of .lzh or .lha,
so I don't know their format. Is there a program out there that can
uncompress these files, and where can I find it?
