How to retrieve GSHK 1.1

I've seen a few requests on how to correctly retrieve GSHK 1.1.

This is basically a very short summary from another message.

Instead of using GSCII+ use Binscii--I'm not 100% sure why to do it,
but it works.  It creates the self-extracting file and that runs fine
for me.

I don't remember the technical reason behind it but it had
to do with how a few bits were converted differently with GSCII+.
