The Woz limited editions came with _256K_, not 640K.  Also, since they were
among the first //gs's to hit the market, they have the FIRST //gs ROMs made.
That is, it is a ROM 00 with 256K.  As to the latest system software this will
run, I think that System 4.0 was the first which REFUSED to run if it detected
a ROM lower than 01.  So you're stuck with a SLOW, SLOW system (slow tools,
slow OS) if you don't upgrade.
