Failed Power SAupply

Anybody had this happen to them? My AppleII+ wouldn't turn
on first time. I had to try several times. It kept taking more
times to get it to work until finally it stopped working altogether.
I got out the meter and determined it was the power supply. All
voltages are about one tenth their rated voltage. I have a schematic
in my Apple manual but it is not the right one for the supply I have.
The Apple was bought in 1980 and the supply manufacturer is Astec.
Anybody solved this one before and can suggest which parts to
try to replace?
