AWGS problems in SYS 6

I recently installed AppleWorks GS 1.1 on my hard drive using the installer
that came with AWGS.  Since that time, I have had problems with the printer
driver (ImageWriter II) that came with System 6.0. Also, Columns GS gives me
a text dialog box saying the finder needs sys 6.0 and at least 300K.  I
suspect when I installed AWGS some 5.04 files were put in my system folder.
Rather than re-install sys 6.0, can anyone suggest what file(s) might be
wrong?
