time tracking software

i am new to the apples - IIc, altho i am quite comfortable with macs and
ibm clones. i am hoping to get suggestions for time tracking software to
run on the apple, that will track appts (for a doctor/accountant). i
suppose it could be done up in a spreadhseet or database, but if there are
programs out there, i'd like to explore those first.

any help you can give me would be great! thanks...
