GS/OS error $0046 FF0F

The subject line pretty much says it all.  I'm still short one GS/OS Reference
manual, sow ould someone please indicate what the above error is?  I'm pretty
sure it's a tool error, but I can't figure out what the low word means.

BTW .. what's with the 'inventory' screen that sometimes comes up when booting
system 6?  I haven't seen much mention of it.
