rSounds -- How to play them?

How does on play rSounds. AudioZap doesn't work. I can't think of anything else
to try...

And don't tell me to use the Sound CDev. I want something that...

1. Doesn't increase the boot time
2. Doesn't need to be installed -- just run
3. Is a simple utility to play the sound, not to connect it to system events
4. Doesn't take up memory even when not in use.

I think the whole idea of the Sound CDev is stupid. It's cute but nothing more.
