Since every negative anecdote requires an equal and opposite reaction,
I'll point out that they were helpful with me, and remailed my Zip at
their cost when the local post office (or pseudo-post office) Returned it
To Sender after a minor mixup. They were quick about it, too.
One point is that the above occurred within the last four months, ie.
within the period of solvency if rumours are to be believed. Not that this
should make any difference, but...
