	LaunchPad is a CDEV by Dave Leffler.  It adds a resource to
the application telling the program what to set the start path to, the
speed of the accerlerator, and maybe something else.  It's available
on AOL and Genie.

	It's from Seven Hills software.  If you paid the shareware
fee, there is a discount.  TPIII was rewritten for System 6.0.  They
have an AOL address, which you could use to get info.  I've been
prodding them to post their info to the net, but they haven't.
