If it is anything like the printer cards in my collection, it would be
an dual row female IDC connector - probably 20 or 26 pins (some are
not IDC but instead have individual pins crimped to wires). All my
parallel printer cards have male dual row 0.1" pitch headers.

When I was still using dot-matrix printers, I made a short lead with a
DB-25F on the end wired to accept a standard PC printer cable. I
attached the DB25F to a suitable hole on the rear panel of my IIe.
