If you are referring to the IIe files necessary to run ProDOS disks using
the IIe card in the LC then:

ftp.apple.com
/aii/lc.iiecard/iie-installer-disk-image.hqx
/aii/lc.iiecard/iie-startup-disk-image.hqx

If you're referring to something else... I'd be interested in knowing as well!
