SCSI termination questions

I need to know how to hook up multiple devices to both a rev C and a high
speed SCSI card. Do I need terminators on both drives, or just on the last
one? The rev C and the high speed are different is this respect are they
not? Anyone out there set me straight on this?
Also, what do the set of molex pins on the rev C do? Do they set the computer's
SCSI id or something like that? How do you tell what it's set to?
