Didn't realize it was registered. BUT, I know that for patents, if it can
be shown that you are not using/supporting the patented technology then
others may freely copy it within your 17 year patent. I wonder if there
is something similar for registered trademarks, since Apple does not seem
to be living by its phrase (if Rick's GS off the price list rumor is true;
which I hope it is, so that we can get it over with).
