No, of course it doesn't work.  Don't be silly.  :)

"GenericMacSCSI" is a binary file that needs to go, verbatim, into an
APPLE_DRIVER partition on a hard disk, where a Macintosh will load it and
execute it as a Macintosh device driver.  Apple doesn't make a generic Mac
SCSI driver, so there's no file included on 6.0.

The ADU file is a GS/OS application, not a Macintosh driver binary.  Trying
to put that into an APPLE_DRIVER partition isn't going to be useful.  :)
