3.5 inch ProDos Boot disk

Hello Apple II users:

I have recently gotten an Apple IIc+ from a neighbor real cheap.  
Unfortunalely it has a 3.5 inch internal disk drive, and he had
no software for it, not even a ProDos boot disk on a 3.5 inch disk.

I myself have an Apple IIc, however it has 5 inch disks, and the
external drive for the IIc is 5 inch as well.  I have hooked the
external IIc drive to the IIc+, and it will boot, however strange
results will occur.  The system thinks the external drive is the
internal drive, and that I have no external drive at all.  With the
ProDos utilities, I can only format the external 5 inch disk (which it
thinks is internal), and it will not touch the internal 3.5 inch drive
itself.

I have tried looking in local stores here to see if they had any 3.5
inch ProDos boot disk, however no stores do.  Does anyone know where I
can get such said boot disk, or send me one.  Any  help would be greatly
appreciated.
