Yes, please send me the raw sound, either by GEnie mail or GEnie warez
library.  I only know of one problem, and that would be if the sound
were exactly 65535 bytes long (it was a compiler bug).  I also have a
semi-working rSounder (i.e. not every new option has code for it yet), but
I have not changed any of the code for the clear zero option.  It's basically
a 0->$80 conversion, making sure I don't go all the way to the end.
But then, you have the source, right?  Did you see something in the source
which led you to believe I put 1's at the end?  Oh well, I'll look into it
when I get the sound.
