They probably won't.  You can download Mac upgrades on ftp.apple.com and
on online services, like you could always do so with II and GS upgrades.

I'm not sure that this was the fact with 7.1, but I don't know, I'm sure
they won't charge, the GS dying (hey, I was the first to predict :) at
Apple (not here, where the real GS stuff is) I don't think they'd even print
a new manual.
