No person is completely without bias.  That's silly.

The figure is returned by marketing research firms such as Dataquest, JD
Power and others, and is quoted in the San Jose Mercury News, by Reuters
and other news services which presumably have the capability to ferret out
garbage and not continually reprint it.

If you believe these sources are biased in Apple's favor, you probably also
see the outline of Elvis in the raspberry Jell-O.  If so, seek help.
