At the 4th Annual Apple User Group Convention in Sydney in August this year, we
were told in no uncertain terms that Apple will NOT be charging for upgrades to
Apple II System Software of any sort. User Groups will still have the right to
distribute upgrades (of the software _only_, not the docs) to their members. Mac
 System Software can no longer be legally distributed in this fashion.
