I just uploaded Applewriter 2.1 to ccosum.caltech.edu.  It is in the
pub/apple2/uploads directory with the name AW2.1.SHK.  If anyone has
the patch to use the GS serial port, or the overview of how to use
Applewriter, please upload them.  Thanks.
