Like I said before, if he don't have anything better to do, he might as well
try to enhance the driver.
A while ago, I asked about why not just have RAM on future Zips. Someone
replied, because it already has the cache SRAMs... What I meant was, why not
have SIMM sockets on future Zips, like 4mb or something. Wouldn't Zip be able
to access these RAMs faster than 1mhz?? Do memory have to physically to be on
the memory slot?
Hmm... I guess it would cause problems with DMA hardwares and stuff, eh? But
will we see good performance increase, if it is possible ( if not complex )?
