fading graphics in and out

	Hi. I am in the process of write a ML routine that fades palettes in
and out. Essentially it will be accessed like this:

	_Fadeto #0;#12

	So that it will fade palette 0 into palette 12. I got this working
no probs, but looking through an old nibble I came across a routine that
fades in and out. The interesting thing is that this routine fades the 
green/blue portions of the palette first, then brings up the red. Is there
any logical reason to do it this way? I am simply fading red,green,blue up
together.
