If I remember correctly.... you can use the Apple Midi Interface, coupled with MasterTracks Jr. (not pro) or Diversi-Tune for midi on a //c.... I have all of the above, except the //c, and soon's I can find one of our local users that has one I can test it on, I'll post the results.... BTW, I recommend the Yamaha midi keyboards, a little more expensive, but feature packed!!!
