Two places (at least) that I know of.  The IIgs GS/OS Reference Manual
and the docs for Albert Chin's excellent COFF utility (COFF.BIN.SHK
and COFF.SRC.SHK on finer FTP sites everywhere).  The second location
will cost you less than the first... :)

I think Merlin 16 (+) ? has/had a program to convert BIN files into
LNK files.  Check your manual if you have Merlin.  Otherwise, you can
get the OMF docs and write your own short program to do the job.
