OMF Structure and other things

A couple of questions, where can I get information on the structure
of a OMF file? ( a technote?).
Secondly, is there any utilities which allow me to take several
binary files (they might be sound data or graphic bitmaps) and throw them
into a .lnk file which I can link into my programs, which I can access
by seperate labels.
