I use EdIt-16, from SSSi. It supports 9 files (including a
split-screen mode where you can view/edit two files at once).
Unfortunately it is somewhat buggy (macro recording in particular), and
hasn't been updated since its original release.
One big advantage: you can customize all the keys.
I would probably use the ORCA 2.0 editor, but I hate its file dialogs.
Other than EdIt-16, I use a TextEdit-based editor I've written myself,
which has the advantage of supporting very large source files.
