        They are indeed located at wuarchive.wustl.edu.  You need to look 
in the following directory:

                /systems/amiga/audio/music

        In this directory you will find:

                /st-nt     (contains noisetracker/soundtracker MODs)
                /med       (contains MED files)
                /pt        (contains protracker MODs)

        and more...
