I make no quibbles about points one and two, but I've seen some damned im-
pressive border animation that was only a few pixels wide.  FTA's Split
Demo was impressive, but there was another group whose name escapes me at
the moment who did things even more impressive.  Isn't the same horizontal
positioning used for border animation as would be for palette switching?
