Three things,

 The disk it self has to be clean and dry. Other wise the label will
not stick for long.

 Then you have bend the label so that it does not want to curl up.
This can be done after you pull them off. You want a reverse curl the
length wise.

  If you still have problems then a reverse curl width wise and then
length wise should do the trick.

  If that still does not work then the labels are too old. The only
choice would be a big piece of clear duct tape. You want the "crystal
clear"stuff. It wide enough maybe for 2 labels.
