Most annoying problem with mine were the 3.5" disk "wrap-around" labels.
I've come across a box here or there with 3.5" disks and SEPARATE labels,
where many have just fallen off.

For 5.25" disks, whenever I cannot find original labels (which stick better
than the 3.5" disk labels), I usually use masking tape.

I've got a case of disks that were packaged without labels OR holders... so
my problem is bigger. Thought about finding one of those programs that print
the disk listings on paper then you fold them over to create the holder, so
your catalog is on the holder. As long as you store them "properly" so they
wont fall out...
