Alex,
As for FPGAs of the right size and right price, I can't say one way or
another on that as I wasn't tracking prices back then. I just felt
that this concept should have been done a long time ago (Thanks Paul
for pointing out the unsuccessful attempt on this many years ago as I
dont remember that vaporware, but appreciate you telling us), and a
BIG complement for you and your team to step up in the community to
get this type of card to production.
Myself as well as others have been wanting something like this for
years. Hopefully you take the complement properly! ---in simpler
terms...NICE WORK!
I also think that you trying to school me on the development process
of such a card is just not needed. I completly understand what it
takes to produce hardware.
I simply was responding to your most recent comment as it was in
response to the OP. I weighed in with my opinion as some people are
getting impatient waiting for the next greatest toy for our Apple2's.
My comments should have not been taken as an attack. I'm Sorry if you
felt that way and Again, very nice work. Looking forward to the final
product.
