We have re-added the Java pages in build 4312 of our site. The pages
now align properly (as far as we know) and you can reach the java
based page by clicking the link in the disks tab on the right side of
the particular game. We are working on a new version which will allow
you to choose your emulator at the start. This should be available
here within the next few weeks.
As for the issue with a disk not working we need to know the specific
game so we can take a look at it.
