Sounds great.
I think there are many possibilities beyond the very cool SD card
selector. I wonder if we can standardize on a key sequence to invoke
the "hypervisor" mode. Something that is easy to type and yet has no
effect on a standard input line or in most games.
Esc-1 might work, although I suppose ideally it should be able to be
changed on the fly anyway.
